Emergency Plan Response
Please Provide Your Details – Help Us to Help You
Residents – we need your help in collecting information to support our proposed Disaster and Emergency Plan. Recently we emailed everyone on our database with a form seeking information required to build our plan and ensure updated community information.
So far only 19 people have responded – which does not give us much information to work with. We can assure everyone the information will only be used for disaster and emergency planning. This project is a joint exercise between ORCA, Thames Coromandel District Council, the Onemana Rural Fire Service and Onemana Surf Lifesaving Club.
Attached with this newsletter is the form we need completed – if it is easier simply email back the details requested on the form – your name, street address, home and mobile phone numbers, email address, if your premises is a permanent home, holiday home or rental property. Also please advise if anyone living at the address requires individual assistance in an emergency; if you can assist in an emergency; would you be prepared to be part of a phone tree and if you have any skills, are medically trained or have any equipment such as generators which could be made available.
Please use the newsletter return email address to send through your information. Help us so that we can be ready to help you.
If you did not receive the news letter then please contact us about the Emergency Response Plan on: email@example.com
